This disclaimer applies to the use of third-party services, including but not limited to trading platforms, brokers, and Virtual Private Server ("VPS") providers, in connection with the Expert Advisor ("EA") software provided by FX Technology Pte Ltd ("Company," "we," or "us"). By using our software, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this disclaimer.

1. Acknowledgment of Third-Party Involvement

  • The EA software requires integration with MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and will only function with trading accounts registered through FXtrading.com.

  • Users are responsible for understanding the terms, conditions, fees, and policies of the third-party services they use, including brokers, MT4 platforms, and VPS providers.

  • The Company does not control, own, or operate these third-party services.

2. No Liability for Third-Party Services

  • The Company is not responsible or liable for any issues, losses, or damages caused by third-party services, including: 

    • Disruptions, downtimes, or errors on the MetaTrader 4 platform.

    • Failures or service interruptions by VPS providers.

    • Technical issues or delays arising from brokers or trading platforms.

    • Execution errors, slippage, or delays caused by the broker.

    • Losses resulting from trading account configurations or the availability of the platform.

3. Recommended Trading Platform and Broker

  • Our EA software is designed to work exclusively with FXtrading.com trading accounts.

  • Although we are partners with FXtrading.com, this does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of their services.

  • Users are advised to review FXtrading.com’s terms, conditions, and risk policies before trading.

  • The Company is not responsible for any issues or losses arising from the broker’s services, execution quality, or performance.

4. User Responsibility

  • Users are solely responsible for: 

    • Ensuring their trading account is properly set up and compatible with the EA.

    • Verifying the reliability and suitability of their VPS provider.

    • Monitoring the performance of third-party services and addressing any technical issues directly with the provider.

5. No Guarantees or Warranties

  • The Company makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the performance, availability, or reliability of third-party services, including trading platforms, brokers, or VPS providers.

  • Any disruptions or failures of these services are beyond the Company’s control, and we will not be liable for any resulting losses.

6. Changes to This Disclaimer

We reserve the right to update or modify this disclaimer at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
