This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of the Expert Advisor ("EA") software provided by FX Technology Pte Ltd ("Company," "we," or "us"). By purchasing our software, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once the purchase is completed.

Users are encouraged to fully understand the terms of our services before purchasing.

If you experience any issues with the activation or functionality of the software, our customer support team is available to assist you in resolving the problem.
2. 14-Day Trial Period (For Eligible Customers)

For select clients, we may offer a 14-day trial period to evaluate the software.

During the trial, the product will be fully functional.

At the end of the 14-day trial period:

If payment is not received, the product will be automatically deactivated.

If payment is successfully processed, the yearly subscription will begin, and no refunds will be offered beyond this point.

3. Faulty Activation Key or Software Issues

A faulty activation key,

Software bugs or malfunctions,

Or any technical problems preventing normal usage,
We will provide support through email or phone as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

We do not issue refunds for software defects but will provide updates or fixes to resolve issues within a reasonable timeframe.
